Home-Based Treatment Programs

| The Home Based Treatment Team and Mid-Level Family Preservation
Service Programs are intended to provide voluntary services to
families experiencing severe disturbance in their functioning that
may affect the well being of their children, working towards the
goal of strengthening and preserving families. The identified
population requirements for the Home-Based Services are: Involvement
with CYFD, JPPO, risk of out-of-home placement, SED, and high-risk
behaviors. The identified population requirements for the Mid-Level
Family members being identified as moderate or high risk for abuse
and/or neglect. Services to be provided to these families in both
programs will include (but are not limited to): therapeutic
intervention, skill building (i.e. parenting, communication skills,
household management, and conflict resolution), advocacy and
networking families with appropriate community services.
