• Treatment Coordinator - Families and Youth, Inc. has an upcoming opening for a full-time position with the Treatment Foster Care program.  Requirements: a Master's Degree in social work or another human services related field or a Bachelor's degree in social work or another human services related field plus two (2) years of direct experience working with children with Severe Emotional Disturbances (SED) or neurobiological disorders (NBD), and their families.  Please submit resume and letter of interest to TFC Program Coordinator, Lynn Winters, Families and Youth, Inc., P.O. These positions are for our Stepping Stones Program (Girls' and Boys' Adolescent Residential Programs) and the Emergency Shelter Home. • Families and Youth, Inc. announces immediate openings for part-time Behavior Management Skills Developers for our Behavior Management(BMS) and Behavioral Respite Care Programs to work with at-risk youth ages of 4 -18. Job Responsibilities : Must be available for evenings and weekends. Be responsible for providing behavioral interventions to client and families. Requirements include : Have two (2) years experience in working with children and families with serious emotional difficulties or two (2) years of education in a human services related field. • Families & Youth, Inc. is actively seeking a motivated full-time Employment Specialist in Deming and the surrounding area.  Successful candidate will work with at-risk youth ages 14 to 21, recruit youth, determine eligibility, develop basic skills, job skills, life and social skills, administer pre/post assessments, coordinate and deliver training activities to youth, develop and maintain partnerships with referral and community resources, develop job sites, supervise and monitor progress of youth at work, provide case management services, maintain records, collect and report time sensitive data to funding source, evaluate effectiveness of program activities and provide any additional job skills assistance/services.

  Bachelor's degree in social service field preferred but not required.  Candidate working toward a related degree or with related work experience will be considered.  Candidate must be self-motivated and possess strong organizational, time management, communication, and computer application skills.  Have a desire to work with youth.  Must be willing to work non-traditional hours.   Please submit resume and letter of intent to:  Families and Youth, Inc., Attn: Youth Employment Services Director, 1320 S.
