| The L.E.A.D.S/Y.E.S. Program (Learn, Earn, and Develop Success)
is an employment program for at-risk youth. Participants are
involved in job search classes, education programs, counseling, and
community service and learn about positive employment attitudes. The
optimal outcomes are permanent employment or apprenticeship
